Return to AH Home Page

American Hawk is songwriter, guitarist Bob Rotondo, drummer Art Hinkelbein, and bassist Petey B.  All are veterans of the east coast music scene.  After September 11, Bob wrote “Home of the Brave” a tribute to the heroes of the World Trade Center disaster, followed by “These Colors Are Mine” a song supporting our soldiers fighting in the Middle East.

In the fall of 2005 the band released their debut CD entitled Americana Brew, a mix of country and southern rock songs all written by the Hawk guitarist.

American Hawk performed live recently on NBC’s Philadelphia morning show 10!

The band has opened shows for Chuck Berry, Kenny Rogers, The Kingsmen, Jack Bruce, Peter Tork's Shoe Suede Blues, and country music vets The Bellamy Brothers.
